Cold Regions Science & Technology Information Analysis Center

Gaining new knowledge of these cold regions and putting that knowledge to work for the Corps of Engineers, the Department of Defense, and the nation is the task of the U.S. Army Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory in Hanover, New Hampshire.
