Disclosures & Full Disclosure

Last updated: July 12, 2026

In the interest of transparency, this page discloses where the archive's data comes from, who originally operated the source program, what we have withheld, and how you can request a correction or removal.

Data provenance

The records here were recovered from public web archives of the original technology-transfer portal at dodtechmatch.com and its successor iptechmatch.com — primarily via the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine. The data is a point-in-time reconstruction of publicly available snapshots and is not sourced from any live government system.

Original operator attribution

The original portal was operated by the Center for Innovation (CFI) under a U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory Partnership Intermediary Agreement, No. FA8650-10-3-9700, with platform work by VajraSoft. We attribute the original program to those parties. This archive is an independent preservation effort and is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any of them or by any federal agency.

Withheld personal information

The original listings sometimes included personal contact details (such as individual names, email addresses, and phone numbers). To protect privacy, that contact-level personally identifiable information (PII) has been withheld from the published archive. If personal information nonetheless appears in a record, please tell us so we can address it.

Attribution & maintenance

This archive is restored and maintained by Wysebridge. We disclose this affiliation in the interest of full transparency about who operates the site.

Third-party data sources

Some records link to or reference third-party resources such as Google Patents and the USPTO for current, authoritative information. Those services are operated by their respective owners under their own terms, and their marks belong to them. We reference them only to help you verify current status.

Indemnification & hold harmless

As summarized in our Terms of Service, your use of this archive is at your own risk, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator and its contributors from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of the terms or of any law. The archive is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or completeness.

Correction & removal requests

We handle correction and removal requests in good faith. If you are a record subject, rights holder, or interested party and believe a record is inaccurate, contains personal information, or should be removed, contact us at [contact email] (placeholder — the owner should confirm the correct address) with:

  • a link to or identifier for the specific record;
  • a description of the issue and the correction or removal requested; and
  • your relationship to the record and how we can reach you.

We will review each request and respond within a reasonable time. We may verify identity or authority before acting, and we may retain records where preservation is required or otherwise appropriate.

This is a template and not legal advice; have counsel review before launch.
