Data Collection and Calibration Facility

The Data Collection and Calibration Facility consists of the Test Operations Analysis and Control Center (TOACC) and the Calibration Laboratory. The TOACC supports the acquisition and reduction for all testing at this site. This facility consists of independent, computer-controlled data acquisition and analysis systems, which are responsible for the monitoring and interpretation of data from tests located throughout the Philadelphia location. The Calibration Laboratory provides the Fleet with efficient, affordable machinery health monitoring, cost effective predictive maintenance and maximum system readiness and operation and qualified enlisted personnel through on-site training.
