The Support Equipment Mechanical Laboratory provides the means to conduct operational effectiveness, suitability, and supportability evaluations of fixed and rotary wing, common and peculiar, aviation support equipment required for airframe/aircraft maintenance and servicing, aircraft and armament handling, and non-destructive test and inspection of aircraft components. The systems tested include mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
