Materials Engineering Laboratory

Panama City, FL

The Materials Engineering Laboratory is equipped with a variety of instruments. Some of these are: a scanning electon microscope, x-ray microanalysis system, alloy identification systems, a carbon determinator, several stereomicroscopes, hardness testers, hardness and thickness gauges, a permeability indicator, a passivation tester, and a coating thickness gauge. Many of the above instruments are readily portable to support unique project requirements.
